  Monthly Fee Cases (Long Course): We will charge 50% of the first month's salary/tuition fee. For short term courses, the charge will be 30%.

Parents are advised to keep the following important points in mind:

  Exam Days: Extra time should be given to the teacher during exam days for better preparation of the student.

  Demo Class Payment: The demo class is payable once the class is approved and confirmed by the parent.

  Compensatory Classes: Any leaves taken by the teacher will be compensated by them on Saturdays and Sundays.

  No Physical Punishment: Physical punishment of any kind is strictly not allowed. The teacher must maintain discipline through positive encouragement.

  Fee Payment: Payment should be given in advance after taking confirmation and assurance from Polestar Home Tutorials. If any negligence happens on the parent's part, Polestar Home Tutorials will not be responsible for it.

  Proper Records: Try to keep a proper record of the student's progress by maintaining timely notes so the syllabus is completed on time.
